Our very competitive prices are listed on this website under each tour category. They offer a very high quality tour at an affordable price for all, including families. Note: private and special group tour prices are not listed here - please contact us for a quote.

We rarely cancel a planned tour. Please note we run with a minimum of 2 people. In the interests of our customers safety and security, or if minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to modify our itineraries or cancel the tour.

If we must cancel a tour, alternative arrangements would be offered. If the alternative arrangement is not acceptable the cost of the cancelled component only will be refunded. The refund is limited to the cost of the cancelled component and will not be extended to cover any additonal costs, travel or accommodation expenses that may be incurred.

Cancellations

A lot of pre-tour planning and effort goes into making your small group tour special. Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to change or cancel a booked tour - we will always try to re-schedule your tour if we can. If you must cancel a booking made by your agent (or direct) please note our cancellation policy. Your agent may have other fees or policies too.

Koalas & Kangaroos IN THE WILD standard day tour
- cancellations made 48 to 0 hours before tour - no refund.

All extended (multi-day) tours (including GOR, WCJ, MOP, CJP):
- cancellations made over 45 days before tour start - loss of deposit.
- cancellations made 44 to 30 days before tour start - loss of 30% of total tour cost.
- cancellations made 29 to 10 days before tour start - loss of 50% of total tour cost.
- cancellations made 9 to 0 days before tour start - no refund.

All private day tours (including SWA, SWP):
- cancellations made 9 days to 48 hours before tour - loss of 50% of total tour cost
- cancellations made 48 to 0 hours before tour - no refund.

Prices and accommodation are based on twin share. On extended tours an additional fee (single supplement) is charged for single rooming.

We recommend you obtain travel insurance which includes cancellation cover.

Please note we do NOT operate on Christmas or Boxing Days - December 25 & 26
