order is $AUD50 or more shipped to one address, we can usually ship via standard air
mail from Australia to most countries without additional cost.
Orders under $AUD50 will incur an additional $AUD8 shipping and handling cost.
If you have any special requirements regarding shipping please email us and
we will provide you with a quotation if any additional expenses would be
involved.
Prints will
be packaged to maximise their protection during shipping and will usually be
in mailing cylinders (unless matboards and/or frames are required).
You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details when
your prints have left Australia.
Please allow
about 3 weeks for them to arrive and let us know if you have any concerns.
Limited edition prints need to be individually signed by the artist which may delay the despatch if Janine is away on tour.

In Australia
You can arrange for prints to be made available for you or a friend to collect while visiting Melbourne. You may prefer them mounted ready for framing or even framed and we are happy to work with you to achieve this.
Guarantee
Our prints
are guaranteed so if you are not happy with them or they are damaged during
shipping please contact us via email within 14 days of their arrival so we
can arrange with you for them to be returned to us for exchange or refund.
