Female Koalas may live alone most of the time however they are very loving and affectionate when they have a baby. Once baby is big enough to leave her pouch it hangs underneath or rides on her back. Female Koala babies often remain in similar area to their mothers, while the boys leave to find their own home range.

This female Koala painting is available as a limited edition colour print.
